Form 7 is the form where any corrections regarding inclusion of name, deleting of name, deleting name of other person due to death/shifting in voter ID from Electoral list are made.
- Firstly visit Himachal Pradesh official electoral portal or NVSP portal

- Click on tab “Voter Registration”
- A List of 5 forms appears on screen
- Select Form 7

- Select the language either Hindi, English or Malayalam
- Select the option out of 3, either objecting other person name, deleting your name, deleting other person name for some solid reason
- Fill in the details carefully
- Fill in section of “reason for objection/deletion”

Form 8 is the form where any changes in voter id can be made. Changes can be name, photograph, address, EPIC card number, gender

How to make Corrections in Voter ID for Transposition of Entry in Himachal Pradesh
Form 8a is the form for shifting to another residence within the same constituencies.
- Select Form 8a under “Voter Registration” tab from CEO website of Himachal Pradesh or visit NVSP portal

- Carefully mention the present residential address
- Upload the supported documents i.e., photographs and residential address proof

- You will be given acknowledgement receipt
